WHAT IS MODEL JUICE?

Model Juice is a mobile and web digital platform that allows models to manage schedules, create appointments and bookings, send signed pdf vouchers to clients and agency accounting, build and send pdf portfolios, see job histories, make custom reports, view receivables and much more.


HOW DO I INSTALL MODEL JUICE AND IS IT FREE?

Yes, Model Juice is free and you can install the app from the App Store for iOS. Android is coming soon. Alternatively, Model Juice is web based so you can log in from any browser and see the same information on either the app or the web.


HOW DO I LOG IN?

Once the Model Juice app is installed on your device, launch and choose either ‘I already have an account’ or ‘Sign up for a new account’. If you already have an account then enter your email and password to log in. If you are a new user, simply sign up for a new account, enter the required fields and click ‘Register’. Once you register, Model Juice issues you a unique account # for use in our system to identify you. Once you log in, Model Juice saves your credentials on your device so you do not have to enter this each time you want to use Model Juice.


HOW DOES MY DATA GET INTO MODEL JUICE?

Model Juice receives data from your agency and makes it available to you in our proprietary system. If you do not have an agency, Model Juice allows you to enter data manually.


DOES MY AGENT AND CLIENTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE DATA?

Yes! Agents and clients can also have accounts in the Model Juice system so they can log in to view, print or download pdf histories and vouchers that pertain to them specifically. However, they will still receive vouchers if they do not have accounts as long as you add them as a voucher recipient in the job details page or in the agency setup page.


WILL AGENCIES AND CLIENTS BE ASKED TO LOG IN WITH MODEL JUICE?

No. Agents and clients do not even need to have a Model Juice account to receive digital vouchers. However, if they want to see all the data history in one place, then having an account will benefit them greatly to see, print or download a specific job voucher. We encourage you to ask your agents and clients to register for Model Juice accounts.

WHAT IS SCHEDULE?

Schedule is your appointments and bookings. Click into an entry to see or edit the details. You will be prompted to save your revisions if you change the details.


HOW DO I CREATE AN ENTRY?

Create Entry from the main menu and enter as many fields as possible, since the more info you add, the easier and more efficient we can track your data for you.


WHAT ARE VOUCHERS?

Digital vouchers are a booking confirmation page in pdf format that you and the client sign. You then send that pdf to your agency and client automatically based on the email addresses entered in your agency setup page (agent) and the booking details page (client). These can be edited or revised within the job details page on the fly if necessary. You can also open the voucher pdf and forward it to anyone via the icon in the upper right corner.


WHAT IS HISTORY?

History is a list of all appointments and bookings. You can edit a booking from history if you need to send a revised voucher.


WHAT IS PORTFOLIO?

Portfolio is where you can store your images and send a pdf to clients. You can take a photo from your camera or import photos from your camera roll. If you are on a go-see and a client wants just a few specific images, then you can select those and send as a custom pdf with your name, agency and sizes all included on the cover page. Just press, hold and drag to reorder images, the first image is the cover.


WHAT IS AGENCY?

Agency is your primary agency from the Manage Agents settings page. It is a shortcut for you call, text or email your agent from within the main menu of Model Juice app. When you travel to other countries, simply switch your primary agency and the information on the Agency main menu page switches to the new primary agency.

WHAT IS MY PROFILE?

My profile is all your info. Most of this is used when creating your pdf portfolio cover page. It contains your name, sizes and specs. It also automatically configures those specs for use in different regions; i.e. US, UK, EU, JP.


WHAT ARE ALERT NOTIFICATIONS?

Alerts are in the settings page which is the center icon in the bottom gray nav bar. Alerts notify you that a booking is coming up or to remind you that a voucher should be signed. You can customize when these alerts happen. Event alerts pertain to the start time of an entry and voucher alerts pertain to the end time of an entry. This way you can get an alert before a booking and an alert just before your booking ends to remind you to get a voucher signed.


WHAT IS TIME ZONE?

Time zone is the location you are currently in. Set it automatically or manually so your schedules are set to the correct time for your location.


WHAT IS CURRENCY?

Set the currency to the region your booking is in. For example, if you are working in NY then set the currency to USD for US dollar. If you are in the UK then set it to GBP for Great Britain Pound. If you are in France, Italy, Germany or any other european country then set it to EUR for the euro.


HOW MUCH DOES MODEL JUICE COST?

The first month is always free and enables unlimited use of the Pro Plan. We have 3 plans for use of the Model Juice app and web portal. The Free Plan allows access to all features except use of digital vouchers and limits up to 5 schedule entries per month. Upgrade to the Standard Plan for $10 per month to enable signing and sending up to 10 digital vouchers and 10 schedule entries. The Pro Plan is $25 per month and enables full unlimited access to all features (unlimited schedule entries and vouchers). Choose the plan that is best for you and upgrade or downgrade at any time twice per year.


WHAT IS MANAGE AGENTS?

Manage agents is where you add your agencies worldwide. Sometimes you have more than one agent in a city (i.e; several bookers handle your schedule) so add each agent separately and choose the set as Primary Agency for easy access in the main menu.


WHAT IS OUTBOX?

Outbox is used when Model Juice does not have an internet connection with our servers via wifi or cellular. This happens when in remote areas, in an airplane or when access to wifi or a cellular connection is not possible. You can edit and use Model Juice as normal during these times, however, once re-connected to wifi or cell data the servers update with your data.


WHAT IS LOG OUT?

Use log out to log out of Model Juice. You will have to re-enter your credentials to log back in.


WHAT ARE TERMS?

Terms refers to the terms and conditions that you agree to when registering your account with Model Juice. Please read them carefully and reach out with any questions you may have.


WHAT IS PRIVACY POLICY?

In a nutshell, Model Juice believes in secure data. The information you provide is entrusted to us and we respect and protect that information to the best of our ability by hosting Model Juice on some of the most secure servers in the world. Please review it and reach out with any questions you may have.


HOW DOES BILLING WORK? WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You can chose an annual one time charge for the whole year or we can bill your credit card or your agency automatically each month.


CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

Of course, cancel at any time and we will terminate your billing, however, you will lose all access to your history after 90 days, so make sure this is what you really want to do. The annual payment option is not refundable.
